Vilene Fusible fleece VH640 is a , medium loft, fusible fleece.
This fleece is 90cm wide, white and fusible on one side only.
Equivalent to Pellon Fusible Thermnolam Plus TP971F.
It is washable at 40 deg. centrigrade.
Vilene fusible fleece VH640 has a greater 'loft' (thickness) than VH630, and is designed to give greater definition to patchwork and quilted projects.
This fleece supports the shape of your sewing, whilst ensuring it remains beautifully soft and tactile. It can be combined with other interlinings.
Interlinings are that all important 'what goes on behind the scenes', which makes all the difference to the overall look and feel of your project. It can be disappointing if your project feels insubstantial and flimsy, so the aim is to use enough interlining to structure and support your bag etc. but not so much that it feels 'over engineered'. Some of this is down to personal preference, experience and your project but everthing needs a little something.
