• 1/2 yd lining fabric*, 44/45” wide
• 3/4 yd non-woven interfacing, 20” wide
(skip if using laminated fabric)
• 1/4 yd hook & loop tape, 3/4” wide (such as Velcro™)
• 1 yd ribbon, 1” wide (optional)
• 5/8 yd large rick-rack, or other trim (optional)
• 6”w x 3”h extra-heavy-weight interfacing
(such as Timtex™ or Peltex™)
• 5”w x 7”h fleece interfacing for Handle
• 2 D-rings for Handle, 1” wide
• 7 5/8”w x 5 1/2”h thin plastic**

* Suitable fabrics include quilting-weight cotton & light-weight decorator fabric. Laminated cottons can be a great choice; select a fabric that will gather readily. Follow mfr’s care instructions.
** Needlepoint canvas, template plastic, or a piece of thin, plastic cutting board (thin enough to cut with scissors) to add structure to bottom of lunch bag.
