The Grids & Grommets Bag Sewing Pattern from Indygo Junction is a versatile style offered in two sizes. Make the large version as a tote or the smaller bag as an attractive purse.
It uses grommets for closing and an easy technique to create a comfortable handle. Construct it from a plain fabric using an interesting quilting pattern or piece the bag using your favourite fabric.
Double the straps over your shoulder or convert it to a single strap across your body for security and convenience.
Small jelly roll bag 10 inches in height by 12 inches Width and 4 inches deep.
Large quilted bag 14 inches in height by 13 inches wide and 7 inches deep.
Pattern also includes instructions for small quilted bag 8 inches by 8 inches by 9 inches and large slightly narrower jelly roll bag.
The large tote uses the Large Grommets (1 5/8"). The smaller purse uses the Medium sized Grommets (1").
