Amy Butler Organic Yarns
Many of us alternate our 'crafty' obsessions between sewing, crocheting and knitting. Amy Butler is no exception to this, but for her it led to the development of her own yarns.
Both yarns are a mixture of 100% organic cotton and organic wool blended together (50/50 mix of each fibre) resulting in a wonderfully soft yarn that knits up to produce garments with a lovely 'snuggly' drape.
The colour palette for both Belle organic DK and Belle organic Aran weight yarns have been inspired by elemental colours such as Moss, basil, slate and fresh optimistic floral colours.
These yarns represent Amy's commitment to producing a sustainable product which by combining organic materials with fibre reactive dyes has created a richly coloured yarn which both respects the natural environment reduces its impact upon our planet.
